Products that watch, answer and — increasingly — act.System layer
The software a profession actually runs its day on. Hover one to see the modules it shares.Shared module substrate
Built once. Reused everywhere. This is the whole trick. The agent layer
A chat system with the things a working professional actually needs: academic search for finding, citing and summarising peer-reviewed papers; select actions, where highlighting any text brings up explain, translate, ask and permanent highlight; document generation for structured documents, PDFs and presentations; media generation for images and video; and access-controlled sharing of a whole chat or a single response by public link, revocable at any time.
Helper studies the web application it is embedded in — its services, processes and functionality — and then assists that application's users directly. Not a scripted chatbot with a decision tree, and not a support queue. In time it will take the action rather than describe it.
Live train status, live flight status, live sports commentary across football, cricket, NBA and baseball, and weather — with particular attention to natural calamities. It watches continuously so that nobody has to sit and refresh.
Set the journey, the conditions and a maximum price. The agent tracks the fare continuously and starts the booking when it reaches your limit — the first of our products written to take an action rather than report one.
Tell it what to track and when you want to hear about it — news, email, stock prices, industry updates, reports. It collects, analyses and delivers on your schedule, so the information arrives at the right time instead of being hunted for.
The system layer
A web application for operating an EV charging estate, with a companion mobile application. It is our first product in production with real daily users, and the reference every product since has been measured against.
Accounting, purchase, order management, sales, inventory management, payroll and property management. Its payroll module is the same code that runs staff payroll inside SchoolOS.
A platform for educators, trainers, coaches and creators to build, deliver and monetise courses, workshops, memberships and learning communities, with AI services woven into course delivery rather than bolted on.
Planned for 17 August, postponed so several features could be reworked, and launched on 14 September as a joint venture with DigiFobs.
Treats every legal case as a project and keeps everything about it together: tasks, documents, deadlines, communications and updates. It is in production with Ajzal and Associates, and shares its documents-and-approvals module with the CA tool. Read the full page →
Treats every client as a project and tracks the stages of the audit — tasks, documents, deadlines, approvals and overall progress — so the state of an engagement is a fact rather than a recollection.
