We are five people.

Four working partners and a developer, building software that organisations run their day on — and, increasingly, the agents that do the running.

Who we are

Sarventic Solutions LLP is a software company registered in India and based at the Malabar Innovation & Entrepreneurship Zone on the Kannur University campus in Kerala.

We build in two directions at once. Downward, into the systems a profession actually works inside: a school's records, a practice's cases, a business's ledgers, a charging network's operations. Upward, into agents that read those systems, answer questions about them, and are beginning to act within them.

Most companies pick one. Doing both is slower at the start, and it is the only reason our agents will be able to do anything more than talk.

The mark

Every letter of S‑A‑R‑V‑E‑N‑T‑I‑C is inside the hexagon — nine letters resolved into one shape. Each element carries a letter; together they make a single form rather than nine.

It was drawn before the portfolio looked the way it does now, and it turned out to describe it: one substrate, many products, one record at the centre of each.

The Sarventic mark: a hexagon containing every letter of the name

What we are building toward

Today most of what we ship reports: it shows you attendance, a fee balance, a train running late, a summary of what changed. That is useful, and it is not the destination.

The destination is software that does the thing. An agent that does not tell you the fare has dropped but books the ticket. That does not surface an overdue approval but chases it. That requires two things almost nobody has together — a model good enough to be trusted with an action, and ownership of the system the action lands in.

We are honest about where that stands. The Ticket Booking Agent is the first product written to take an action rather than report one, and it is in development. Everything else watches, answers and waits.

Working here

At five people there are no layers and nothing is somebody else's department. Whoever builds a module owns it in production, talks to the client who depends on it, and fixes it when it breaks at an inconvenient hour.

That suits a particular kind of engineer and not others. If it is the kind you are, write to us with something you have built and what you owned about it — not a covering letter.
