What it does
Most support chatbots are decision trees wearing a friendly face. They know the answers someone wrote down in advance, and nothing else.
Helper starts by reading the application itself — its services, its processes, what each screen is for. When a user asks a question, it answers from that understanding, in the context of the page they are actually on.
The direction of travel is that Helper stops describing the action and performs it. That requires being inside a system we own, which is the whole reason we build both halves.
